About The Role We're looking for a

UA Ops Specialist (Apps) —a

Paid User Acquisition expert

who's spent years running mobile campaigns and now wants to bring that experience to the

technical and operational side

of growth.

You'll partner with our

Web UA Ops Specialist

and

Web MarTech Specialist

to keep UA stitched together across Web, App, and everything in between.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience running App UA campaigns and want to focus on ops, measurement, and future‑proof attribution.

Requirements Must‑have

5+ years of proven, recent hands‑on experience running Paid UA campaigns for mobile apps.

Proven expertise across the main Paid UA channels for apps:

Search (UAC + ASA): Solid experience with Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA); ability to optimize to tROAS, pLTV, and integrate Measurement Protocol.

Social (Meta + TikTok): Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including AEM vs. SKAN, MMP reporting, and event source identification.

Programmatic: Broad experience with AppLovin, Unity Ads, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, and fraud prevention (Protect360 or similar).

AdNetworks “non‑traditional”: Experience testing campaigns on X Ads, Reddit Ads, or other alternative networks is a plus.

Understanding of subscription app business: trials, renewals, cancellations, and win‑backs; fluency in LTV, predictive ROAS, churn impact and how UA choices ripple through the business.

Experience living inside MMPs (Appsflyer preferred): pulling raw data, building reports, and arguing about single‑source‑of‑truth dashboards versus traditional attribution.

Strong Firebase skills: connecting to Google Ads, extracting analytics data streams, and leveraging events for UA strategy.

Curiosity about CTV: understanding when to use it for awareness versus measurable post‑install events.

Fluent English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Big Plus

Experience with server‑to‑server integrations (S2S postbacks, advanced SKAN setups).

Ability to query data with SQL (BigQuery, Databricks) to validate MMP data vs. warehouse truth.

ASO knowledge – measuring how Paid UA impacts organic installs & store rankings.

Curiosity about Web UA Ops & MarTech: willingness to share App knowledge back.

Awareness of emerging CTV channels and how they tie into UA and subscriptions.
