Hotel Operations Assistant Manager - Nobu Hotel (Caesars Palace LV) at Caesars Entertainment. The role supports the Hotel Operations Manager-Nobu to lead guest experience across front-of-house and back-of-house departments, including Front Office, Front Services, Mini Bar, in-room Dining and Hospitality events. Responsibilities

Own all aspects of a guest’s experience from beginning to end by ensuring accurate reservation details, inviting arrival, and a seamless departure, while adapting to ensure a positive guest experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, and hotel operations teams to drive revenue, efficiency and productivity. Provide ongoing frontline sales support to front desk agents on upselling revenue. Utilize data-driven decision-making to ensure the team works toward the right goals and has the tools to achieve them. Manage the departmental sequence of service and proper safety protocols while cleaning guest rooms, stocking linen, and completing checklists. Lead a dynamic team to consistently deliver exceptional service and high standards of cleanliness across public areas and guest rooms. Maintain standards for the guest room experience during the stay. Demonstrate urgency in guest rooms and public spaces to provide a thoughtful guest experience by maintaining clean and organized spaces. Monitor conditions of facilities and equipment to identify details that impact guest experience. Collaborate with other operating divisions and third-party vendors to establish cleaning and preventative maintenance programs for furniture, fixtures and equipment. Use analytics to monitor inventory yield and optimize revenue on hotel room inventory across channels and platforms. Research guest, marketplace and industry trends to implement initiatives that maximize revenue potential. Monitor daily counts and room inventory to ensure sufficient clean rooms for check-ins and plan based on arrivals/departures. Participate in monitoring financials, revenue reporting, operations of assigned departments and marketing strategies to support profitability. Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, feedback, recognition, diversity, hiring, training and succession planning. Inform senior hotel management of situations requiring attention. Complete payroll-related functions and related systems tasks, including upselling commissions. Perform other job-related duties as requested. What You Will Need

Must be 21 years of age or older. Required

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent education and experience. At least 5 years of experience within upscale, lifestyle, or luxury property. At least 2 years of direct management experience, recruiting, developing and retaining talent. Excellent customer service, strategic, analytical skills with strong quantitative and qualitative skills. Proven track record of leading initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment. Able to lead and mentor a team. Interpersonal skills to partner effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred

Previous experience with property management systems such as Opera, Infor, REX, and/or LMS. Proven track record of effectively communicating and presenting information to corporate and property leadership. Additional Requirements

Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and perform desk/counter duties. Respond to visual and aural cues and have manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
