Contracts Manager Supply Chain (H/F) – SAFRAN SEATS USA LLC Safran Seats is a leading global manufacturer of aircraft seats for crew and passengers. Safran Seats produces an all-inclusive range of passenger seats for commercial aircraft, from economy to first class. Mission description: As a member of the Safran Seats business, you contribute to teamwork that delivers over one million seats to major airlines worldwide. You will support quality, innovation and customer-focused solutions, collaborating with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Depending on assignment, you may focus on Customer Contracts or Supply Chain Contracts. Position Objective

Objective: Apply procedures and techniques to effectively review, draft, amend, negotiate, and securely store contracts. Assist in creating and maintaining an effective Contracts Management function compliant with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Lead or assist with contract negotiations on a case-by-case basis and provide contractual expertise across global teams. Main Function Responsibilities

Perform risk assessment of contract terms and conditions; develop strategies to minimize potential risks to the business. Work with management, internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and other third parties to resolve issues to ensure successful contract execution. Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines; maintain secure contract documentation in the Safran Seats Contracts Database and, as required, paper files. Advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data; maintain historical information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements

Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required; law degree and license to practice law in at least one state preferred. Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in commercial contracts; technical knowledge as applicable. Professional Skills: Proficiency in MS Word; ability to generate written communication; strong contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation skills; clear and effective written and verbal English communication. Behavioral Skills: Ability to work independently, strong oral and written communication, integrity, tenacity, teamwork, stress tolerance, and ability to perform under time pressure or ambiguity. Desirable Aspects: Aerospace sector experience; supply chain manufacturing contract experience; manufacturing environment experience; experience with legal/contractual software and tools. Travel: International and/or domestic travel required; less than 10%. Seniorities and Employment
