All residential HVAC work: gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. If you don\'t like people, this role may not be a fit. Customer service means presenting options and giving customers the power of choice for what makes sense. Job Duties
Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices Proper installation of clients\' HVAC systems Learn and improve craftsmanship Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after completion of each job Maintain company vehicle cleanliness inside and out Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in HVAC NATE certification preferred Strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee. Compensation and benefits are set by the franchisee. Physical Requirements
Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs Ability to work in confined spaces and to access HVAC units in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Vision requirements for distance, near, and peripheral vision Seniority level
