Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results, analyzing the business, and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Through creative expertise, they update floorsets, provide styling recommendations, and deepen product knowledge. As talent leaders, they lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development, aiming to build future store leaders.
