Oversee project execution, ensuring technical, quality, cost, and profitability objectives are met while maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage workforce planning, including hiring contract workers, tracking labor, completing timesheets, and addressing personnel issues. Lead and train teams, providing daily goals, supervision, and technical training to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Monitor job progress, manage costs using tracking reports and Bluebeam, and adjust crews and materials as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, quality control, and open communication at assigned sites. Participate in pre- and post-bid meetings with Project Managers, Estimating, and Sales teams. Track moves, adds, and changes for job materials and labor, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Oversee materials management, including ordering supplies, setting up deliveries, and coordinating with the warehouse. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and safety regulations, and project documentation requirements. Conduct technical training classes to develop team skills and improve overall efficiency. Minimum Requirements
2-5 years Low Voltage/Structured Cabling Experience 1-2 years in a field leadership role Experience working in large, complex commercial construction projects Efficiently delegate tasks and manage teams to meet project goals Follow project processes while ensuring timeline commitments are met Communicate effectively through strong written and oral skills Manage staffing, scheduling, timesheets, and change orders accurately Interpret project documents, including Scope of Work, Bill of Materials, blueprints, and schedules Mastery of all low voltage tools, equipment, and processes with the ability to train Professional working proficiency in English Preferred Certifications (not Required)
Installer Level 2 BICSI certified Level 1 OJT BICSI certified Tech L2 Installer OJT & coursework Confined Space Certification Pay Rate
$27.00 - $38.00 / hour Benefits
