welcomes an experienced service advisor to join our brand-new showroom and service facility. The role offers a competitive base pay of $50,000.00/yr to $100,000.00/yr and provides opportunities for growth and customer relationship building. Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and flow of the Service Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether on the phone or in person. Maintain daily inventory of technician time and distribute work efficiently. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary. Oversee administration of warranty claims and training and supervising of service department. Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain strong working relationship with factory and foster positive employee relations. Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Reliable self-starter with an ambitious spirit. Eager to learn new product ins and outs and improve performance. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Active listening and empathetic approach. Strong work ethic in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. At least one year of prior customer-facing service or telephone contact experience. Positive “team-player” attitude with friendliness and enthusiasm. Open to constructive feedback for performance improvement. Strong computer and multitasking skills. Benefits
