Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$20.50 per hour + $3.00 shift differential; sign‑on bonus $1,000 (half at 30 days, half at 90 days); annual pay increases of 25¢ at 90 days and 180 days, 3% after 1 year.
Schedule:
Sun – Tue 5:00 PM–4:30 AM and Wed 5:00 PM–10:45 PM.

Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations.
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team operations.
Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPI using appropriate leadership styles.
Provide orientation, information, technology, and tools for employees.
Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
One (1) year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience with RF scanner (advanced required).
Valid forklift operator’s license certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective leadership skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proactive approach to responsibilities and maintaining composure under pressure.
Working using health and safety methods.
Bilingual (For Québec locations only).
