Role Summary:

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will liaise between your department and Supply Chain Management to ensure inventory levels meet department needs. Your behind-the-scenes work supports healthcare delivery by managing essential materials. Work Schedule:

Varies, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts. Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity. Resolve shipping and receiving issues with vendors or carriers. Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot automated ordering systems. Verify receipt and accuracy of orders. Participate in audits and adjust par levels in ERP systems. Manage recalls, biohazard waste handling, backorders, and returns. Manage consignment inventory and rotate stock to meet KPIs. Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock; prepare shipments. Coordinate deliveries and verify shipment accuracy. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet insurance requirements. Two years of inventory control experience or an Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare supply chain functions.
