Project Managers lead project teams in the successful completion of construction projects from the initial hand-off from Estimating through final completion and close-out. They are responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable laws and regulations. The duties below are representative of the responsibilities for this position. Responsibilities

Lead project start-up and close-out activities, including documentation such as meeting minutes and lessons learned. Create, maintain, and close out accurate project budgets; monitor financial performance and ensure weekly budget updates. Ensure timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable with corporate finance; manage receivables to stay within target days. Collaborate with field operations to ensure project profitability; update daily field reports and review progress with operations. Manage prime contracts and change orders; authorize work outside the prime contract only with written approval. Procure and schedule project materials and subcontractors in alignment with project schedules. Develop, maintain, and cascade the project schedule to field operations and subcontractors; resolve scheduling conflicts with the customer. Prepare and review Job Progress Reports (JPR) monthly; review daily project logs for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with General Superintendent and Equipment Director to manage equipment usage within budget; communicate daily progress. Identify and address project issues; contribute to regional coordination meetings and seek timely resolutions. Escalate project risk management concerns to the Regional Director; review V-plans and sequencing plans with field operations and client teams. Collaborate daily with field operations and lead, coach, and develop junior staff (PEs and APMs). Maintain project documents including drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs; ensure safety plan documents are updated and implemented at project start-up. Secure required licensing and permits prior to starting the job; ensure compliance with local, state, and municipal laws. Secure required liability insurance, OCIP/CCIP, and bonding per contractual requirements and company standards. Uphold the Company’s integrity and Code of Ethics; promote these values across the team. Other relevant tasks as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent training and experience. At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience. Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation. Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong problem-solving abilities with adaptability. Travel

Travel is required for this position. Travel may include travel from office to various job sites. Fessler & Bowman will compensate for travel when applicable. Work Environment

Work will occur in office and field settings with exposure to temperatures, noise, traffic, confined spaces, heights, and indoor/outdoor environments. Benefits
