Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility by managing inventory flow; following company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment appropriately; merchandising; working inventory exceptions; correcting shelf capacities; and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning the area; stocking and rotating merchandise; removing damaged or out-of-date goods; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; maintaining modular integrity; receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise; processing defective merchandise; adhering to sanitation and food safety policies; and monitoring shrink, security risks, and safety. Assists with club pick up orders to ensure timely fulfillment and staging; ensures products are selected and staged according to policy; supports Merchandising Associates in picking and staging; performs occasional audits for accuracy. Customer service orientation: engages with customers/members to understand needs, uses policies and information to exceed expectations, and directs resources to resolve requests. Decision making: uses policies and data to make good day-to-day choices and involves others as needed. Planning and improvement: accepts responsibility and plans steps needed to carry out work. Execution and results: prioritizes top tasks, meets deadlines, and acts to resolve problems to complete work timely. Ethics and compliance: adheres to company policies, demonstrates integrity, and reports issues promptly. Adaptability: adjusts to changing work demands and remains focused while learning from feedback. Inventory management: handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks inventory and controls shrinkage; uses inventory tools correctly. Forklift operation and maintenance: operates forklifts safely and reports unsafe conditions; notifies management when equipment is not functioning properly. Technology: proactively helps customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, maintains equipment, and keeps products organized and stocked. Benefits and compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience, retail experience, supervising a team. Location and employment details
