Overview The Ram Professional Brand manager will have the opportunity to establish and execute a successful nameplate product and marketing strategy, both short and long term, to maximize sales, share, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Manage Volume, Mix, incentive and profitability targets, strategies and execution.

Identify opportunities to improve and optimize performance.

Develop, execute, and communicate a Go To Market strategy for the Ram brand and specific product lines.

Manage Brand throughput and profitability performance during transitions such as model years and new model launches.

Work constructively together with Product Planning, the Product Design Office, Engineering, advertising and finance. Provide organizational direction on assembling and executing brand strategy while interfacing with cross functional organizations.

Presentation opportunities internally to senior management and externally to journalists and suppliers.

Interact with Business Centers and Dealer personnel to develop current and future product and sales strategies.

Manage a high performance and fast paced, energetic environment.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least 4 years related work experience in automotive

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of brand marketing experience in automotive

5+ years of automotive field sales operations experience

Understanding of commercial vehicles, target truck markets, and target customers
