Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced hands‑on
Facilities Manager
to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our retail store locations, warehouses, and corporate offices and numerous commercial rental spaces. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and meet safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
Oversee janitorial, landscaping, pest control, and waste management vendors.
Conduct regular inspections of stores and facilities and commercial rental spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local codes and company standards.
Coordinate with external contractors for facility upgrades, renovations, and emergency repairs.
Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Manage facilities-related budgets, including forecasting and cost control for repairs, supplies, and capital improvements.
Maintain documentation related to inspections, permits, warranties, and safety standards.
Collaborate with store managers to address facility-related concern fixture upgrades and prioritize service requests.
Ensure all buildings and related equipment are compliant with ADA, OSHA, EPA fire safety, and other regulatory requirements.
Communicate with tenants to identify problem areas and mitigate issues.
Respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, preferably in a multi‑location retail or commercial setting.
Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to instruct, inspire and direct maintenance staff.
Valid Florida drivers license with
NO POINTS .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with maintenance management software a plus.
Bilingual a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Frequent travel between Tampa‑area store and warehouse locations.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.
Occasional evening or weekend work during emergencies or project rollouts.
