$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr Job Description
The Office Manager will oversee HR, accounting, payroll, and administrative operations — including bookkeeping, tax support, and QuickBooks Online management. This position is ideal for a highly organized and dependable individual with strong QuickBooks Online experience and a background in both HR and accounting. Key Responsibilities
Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and HR documentation. Manage payroll processing, timesheets, and compliance. Handle accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with tax preparation and filing. Communicate with the company’s accountant and support quarterly and annual reporting. Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients as needed. Maintain organized records for HR, accounting, and compliance. Support management with scheduling, reports, and office operations. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or HR/accounting. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Schedule
Monday to Friday. 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible hours). Compensation
