About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to help us keep things running smoothly as we grow our New York City team. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives on organization, and takes pride in creating a well‑run, welcoming workspace. What You’ll Do
Manage daily office operations—including supplies, vendors, mail, and facilities coordination. Support team events and meetings (both in‑office and external). Help with coordinating office logistics for visitors. Track and process expenses and reimbursements; assist with light bookkeeping. Serve as the point person for the NYC office—ensuring everything runs efficiently and people have what they need. Take on ad‑hoc projects to improve workflows and internal processes. What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support (startup experience a plus). Exceptional organizational and communication skills. A self‑starter with strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and basic budgeting tools. Benefits & Perks

$25–35 USD/hour. Hours will range from 6–10 per week. Work Authorization
