Job Description Supervise others working within established operational systems.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of business plans, forecast performance against KPIs, develop business cases, and estimate resources needed.
Communicate local action plans, relate them to the organization’s strategy, and motivate team members.
Develop and manage performance objectives, oversee team performance, and ensure achievement of goals.
Supervise a team providing administrative and service support, ensuring deep expertise in service operations.
Create work schedules, approve overtime, and allocate resources as needed.
Identify process shortcomings and implement change management programs.
Work within established procedures to meet goals and advise managers on policy application.
Support internal communication systems and track risk parameters and budgets.
Provide coaching, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and escalate issues appropriately.
Skills Ability to work independently, guide others, develop plans, interpret policies, analyze data, and manage risks. Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills are essential.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
Work Experience 3 to 6 years of general experience.
Certifications FINRA licenses including S10, S63, S65, S66, S7, S9, and SIE.
Travel Less than 25% travel required.
