The
Call Center Associate I
will join our Bronx-based call center team to support various health centers. The position is primarily remote but requires some monthly onsite meetings in the Bronx. Applicants must reside locally to the New York City area. Company equipment will be provided, but candidates must have a suitable home workspace with dual monitor setup. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Entry-level position with training provided. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Exceptional customer service skills. Computer proficiency essential. Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence. Key Duties:
Handle high volume calls, schedule appointments, relay messages. Respond to patient requests and concerns. Refer clinical questions to medical providers. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Update patient demographic info and verify insurance. Reschedule, cancel, or verify appointments as needed. Uphold "WE CARE" standards in performance. Compensation & Schedule:
Starting at $17.25/hour ($35,880 annually). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Location: Remote with monthly onsite meetings in Bronx. Benefits:
