Inspects finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies for conformance to company standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct QC inspections and audits on contract requirements and other services performed. Prepare reports, develop quality plans, attend meetings as directed, and perform other duties as assigned. Check randomly selected samples and verify the accuracy of equipment or processes. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Schedule inspection activities. Knowledge, Experience And Skill Requirements
Knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA, Joint Commissioning, and safety procedures, with skills in conducting accident investigations and safety inspections. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, critical thinking skills, and proficiency with standard testing tools. ISO Lead Auditor Certification with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards. Knowledge of recognized engineering practice regulations and codes. Excellent analytical, computer, and MS Office Suite skills. Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Work Experience
Up to 2 years of experience in Quality Control or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Education, Licenses, and Certification Required
High School Diploma OSHA Certification This job description is subject to change by the employer as the needs and requirements evolve. The salary range is $40,000 to $60,000 annually, with potential benefits including medical, well-being, financial planning, and short-term incentives.
