Job Title: Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Integration

Summary The Senior Project Manager leads critical IT infrastructure integration projects supporting Huntington’s growth-through-acquisition strategy. This role focuses on merging the physical, technological, and operational environments of acquired institutions to ensure seamless, secure, and compliant transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, including data center, network, cloud, and end-user system integration.
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery to meet Legal Day One and Conversion Day One milestones.
Coordinate with program leadership, IT teams, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
Oversee project documentation, risk management, and status reporting using ServiceNow PPM and standard project methodologies.
Communicate project updates and risks clearly to technology leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience (2+ years at a senior level).
Experience in banking or financial services, ideally with M&A infrastructure integration.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification and ServiceNow PPM experience preferred.
