This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Overview As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to support the financial success of some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations. You will track key performance indicators, apply numerical analysis to financial concerns, and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors while communicating risks to influence decision making with healthcare executives.
You will own customer relationships early on and lead discussions with clients to drive outcomes that impact financial performance and transformation in healthcare.

Responsibilities
Own and manage customer relationships early, leading discussions with and impacting the decision making of healthcare executives.
Monitor operational metrics and perform analytical reviews to identify financial risks and opportunities for customers.
Apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to support client strategies.
Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders, highlighting risks and recommended actions.
Collaborate with teams to help drive the transformation of healthcare financial performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with a history of academic success
Work experience in a finance-related field is preferred
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
Ability to assess data accuracy by comparing to budgets and/or forecasts
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
