About The Role Senior Enterprise Client Strategist

is a key leader responsible for maximizing the strategic and commercial success of Accrue’s largest merchant relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at enterprise partners, helping them leverage Accrue’s platform to drive long‑term customer loyalty, retention, and growth. The role blends strategic consulting, business operations, and creative marketing leadership. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, align cross‑functional stakeholders, and design frameworks that scale partnership success across the enterprise segment.

What You’ll Do

Own executive‑level relationships with Accrue’s top enterprise partners, serving as their strategic advisor and advocate within Accrue.

Develop and execute multi‑quarter growth plans, aligning partner and Accrue goals across product adoption, marketing impact, and commercial outcomes.

Design scalable frameworks for partner success — including playbooks, reporting structures, and engagement models — that improve efficiency and impact across the enterprise portfolio.

Collaborate with C‑level and VP stakeholders to shape joint business plans, co‑marketing strategies, and go‑to‑market initiatives that expand usage and deepen customer value.

Partner cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to identify opportunities for product innovation and remove systemic friction points.

Synthesize data into strategic insight, developing recommendations that guide product prioritization, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience improvements.

Lead structured analyses and business reviews, distilling complex performance data into clear narratives and actionable strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

Champion voice‑of‑customer insights to influence Accrue’s roadmap and ensure alignment with merchant priorities.

Mentor and guide team members, helping elevate client strategy standards across the organization.

What We’d Love To See

7+ years in client strategy, strategic partnerships, product strategy, or consulting — with experience leading enterprise accounts or programs.

Proven success managing executive relationships and driving measurable outcomes across multiple functions.

A systems thinker who can translate complexity into clarity and create scalable, repeatable solutions.

Deep comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across product, marketing, and data teams.

Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into strategic recommendations.

Track record of shaping lifecycle or loyalty marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.

Exceptional communication and executive presence — equally adept in boardroom settings and cross‑functional working sessions.

High ownership mindset and bias for action; comfortable balancing strategic depth with hands‑on execution.

Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, HubSpot, Figma, and advanced Excel or BI platform.

Bonus

Background in consulting, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.

Experience leading or scaling client success / strategy teams.

Exposure to payments infrastructure, loyalty ecosystems, or customer data platform.

Salary Information The range listed below is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; this role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary range is for US‑based employees located in the listed market. Other benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with 3% contribution.

Salary Range: $165,000 – $220,000 USD
