Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café

Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products

Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays

Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food

Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

What you’ll do

Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas.

Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manages inventory; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.

Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.

Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions and payments; locates merchandise; resolves member issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify and address roadblocks.

Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; applies open door policy in daily processes.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; communicates progress; identifies improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.
