Night Outside Services Supervisor
Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge seeks a Night Outside Services Supervisor to oversee outside service staff in staging area, golf carts, driving range, player assistants, and starters.
Responsibilities
Train outside service associates on opening/closing procedures and club standards.
Oversee all outside service personnel to ensure policies and procedures are upheld.
Work with the tournament coordinator to organize all groups/outings on a specific day and prepare staff and facility for events.
Provide top quality customer service.
Greet golfers at bag drop and unload their golf bags from carts.
Maintain cleanliness of golf carts and surrounding work area.
Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs, service customers renting golf clubs, and clean rental clubs upon return.
Proper staging of golf carts during the day.
Inventory and control all guest supplies.
Assist in monitoring and policing all player service activity and etiquette.
May direct start of play.
May assist with food and beverage activities.
When needed, share responsibility for cleaning golf shop, restrooms, course restrooms, and patio area.
Skills & Abilities
Basic mathematical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work under variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold, indoors/outdoors).
