Winter 2026 Co-op – Quality Manufacturing – Irving, TX As a Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the beverage revolution. This internship role focuses on Quality & Food Safety. If you have an interest in food science and quality assurance and want hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility, you should join our Quality & Food Safety Intern program. The internship is designed to help students apply classroom knowledge to a food business and manufacturing environment. Interns will learn and work with KDP business units to provide solutions to internal and external stakeholders and will gain exposure to many QFS initiatives and programs, including HACCP & Food Safety Plans, lab and instrumentation programs, equipment performance and maintenance, prerequisite programs, product inspection and disposition, and related project work. Responsibilities

Gain exposure to Quality Lap / Batching Process Improvement Projects Process Improvement Statistical Analysis Build and write Standard Work Instructions (SWI) Elements of the KDP Co-op Program

Engage in innovative projects in a cross-functional team Meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other leaders Receive professional development training and networking opportunities Be paired with a mentor to deepen knowledge across the business Complete a project from start to finish and present results to team, VP and stakeholders Shift/Schedule

Program runs January 5 – May 22, 2026 Full-time; 40 hours/week Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM In-person at Irving, TX facility Compensation and Benefits

$31.00/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days Requirements

Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program, majoring in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am–5pm) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Micro Strategy, SAP, PowerPoint, InfinityIQS, and ETQ Please note : This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
