Job Opportunity: Financial Planner We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors, aiming to help clients achieve their financial goals.
The
Financial Planner
is a key team member. After obtaining necessary licenses and registrations through our Career Development Program (“CDP”), your typical responsibilities may include:
Developing relationships with clients (existing and prospective)
Gathering client information to build comprehensive financial plans
Helping clients prepare for retirement
Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations
No prior experience in financial services is required due to our comprehensive training and development program, though industry exposure is a plus.

Engaging communicator and negotiator

Lifelong learner
Critical thinker
Sales experience and/or enjoy networking
College degree or equivalent work/life experience (high school diploma or GED minimum)

The path begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing costs. Upon successful completion, you may start as a part-time CDP Contract Associate earning approximately $15/hour, progressing to a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) earning $50,000–$75,000 in commissions and bonuses in the first year. FPAs may also enroll in benefits like a 401(k), health insurance, and paid leave.
