Manage department employees to ensure their safety, productivity and engagement on the job. Supervise highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. Schedule maintenance personnel and outside contractors on a daily basis. Function as the emergency maintenance contact person. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to diagnose problems. Play a key role in replace/repair decisions. Exhibit comprehension of GMP and HACCP/Preventative Controls requirements related to food safety, and demonstrate the proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment following fabrication or repairs. Member of senior leadership team. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Qualifications (What You’ll Bring)
Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred or a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Leadership experience to manage an around-the-clock team of technicians. Goal oriented with a drive to succeed. Safety minded and drug free. Benefits
