Position based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll work to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will own customer relationships, lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives, and isolate potential financial risks. You will apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to influence the transformation of the healthcare industry. Location and Culture

Monitor financial performance and operational metrics for healthcare clients Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights Own customer relationships and lead discussions with healthcare executives Identify and communicate potential financial risks Apply numerical analysis to revenue cycle risk factors Contribute to strategic recommendations influencing client outcomes Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in a finance-related field preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess data accuracy by comparing to budgets/forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Seniority level
