Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for our dryer operation (includes dryer, evaporator and RO) on third shift (11pm-7am). The operator will provide for proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations and comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condenses specification. The operator will understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer, and will engage in cross training to support business needs. Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor dryer, evaporator, and RO systems to ensure proper pasteurization and product quality. • Adhere to quality specifications for cream, skim, and condensed products. • Understand and manage the RO process, milk separation, and related equipment. • Participate in cross-training to support business needs. • Maintain schedule flexibility and readiness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as required. Schedule and Compensation
Starting wage: $28.44/hr plus 10% shift differential. This position is eligible for wage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment. Benefits and Growth
