The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. Responsibilities
Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals; develops strong product knowledge across all categories; delivers the ultimate kate spade experience; builds personal connections with guests using effective selling skills. Leadership Presence: Achieves personal sales goals; maintains extensive product knowledge; partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and to initiate business-driving events in-store. Building Brand Equity: Understands and communicates the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers; builds relationships as a brand ambassador; communicates client feedback to leadership to improve service and sales. Operational Excellence: Performs and supervises store opening/closing procedures, including counting funds, deposits, and securing the facility. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred Availability to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends Standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders Competencies
