Dogtopia of North Worcester
Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is looking for energetic, organized, business‑minded individuals to serve as a Pet Parent Coordinator at our front desk. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests and their dogs. After successful training, you will even have the opportunity to bring your own dog to work!

About the Role
Make connections with Pet Parents and their pups.
Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.
Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person.
Check pups in and out of daycare.
Handle complaints and conflicts.
Enter all data into customer profiles and update significant issue histories.
Assist in taking pictures for first day, boarding stays, and social media posts.
Create items such as birthday cards, boarding report cards, and first‑day cards.
Help organize “Party Days” and coordinate dog movements for photo opportunities.
Perform cleaning and administrative duties.
Follow the daily front desk checklist and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Respond to playroom assistance needs and move dogs in and out of the building.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 am–4 pm or 10 am–6 pm

North Worcester, MA
Salary:
$38,000.00 – $42,000.00 annually
