Job Title Inventory Specialist

What You’ll Do
Inspect incoming raw materials for damage, dimensions, and quantity accuracy per purchase orders
Allocate raw materials to work orders using first-in, first-out (FIFO) methodology
Issue raw materials to production daily based on cut lists
Kit plates, components, and hardware for crane assembly and notify production when ready
Maintain traceability of all components and return unused materials to inventory
Create and maintain organized inventory systems for staged hardware
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in ERP/inventory management systems
Review aging work orders, issue raw materials as needed, and close work orders when complete
Assist production with part movement between departments as required
What We’re Looking For Education & Experience
2+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations
2+ years of hands‑on experience using ERP or inventory management systems
2+ years of experience working with work orders and bills of materials
Skills & Attributes
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Commitment to accuracy, traceability, and safety
Requirements
On-site, day-shift availability (Monday–Friday)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Work Environment This position is fully on-site at our Douglassville, PA headquarters, working both in office and in shop environments.
