Location: On-Site in our Nashville, TN Music Row Office

As the

Sr. E-Commerce Manager , you’ll drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of Big Loud’s online retail presence across multiple artist storefronts. This role blends data-driven decision making with creative execution overseeing site builds, product launches, inventory flow, and campaign alignment to deliver best-in-class fan experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Merch, and Marketing teams to ensure every drop, promotion, and product release reflects our artists’ brands while meeting financial and operational goals. A sharp eye for detail, deep understanding of Shopify and e-commerce analytics, and passion for music-driven retail will set you up for success in this pivotal role.

What you'll do E-Commerce Operations:

Oversee multiple Shopify stores across the artist roster.

Manage E-Commerce Coordinators and Customer Service team.

Handle all aspects of product setup: imagery, tagging, metadata, and copywriting.

Lead store builds and reskins in collaboration with the Sr. Creative Director and web designer.

Create and manage production and release timelines to ensure inventory readiness for drops.

Collaborate with the Creative and Merchandise Directors to plan sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Analyze site performance, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize ROI, AOV, and conversion.

Identify opportunities for audience growth and customer retention.

Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

Campaign & Promotion Management:

Plan and execute digital and merchandise campaign launches from start to finish.

Coordinate with marketing to align site promotions, email/text campaigns, and artist social pushes.

Ensure timely and cohesive execution across all artist channels.

Inventory & Data Strategy:

Maintain accurate inventory levels across all storefronts and vendors.

Communicate daily with fulfillment warehouses to ensure smooth inventory flow, timely replenishment, and on-time delivery to customers.

Develop and manage sales and inventory forecasts based on historical performance and projected demand.

Align buying and production with Finance and Production teams to meet financial and operational goals.

Lead lifecycle management—replenishments, markdowns, and product discontinuations.

Monitor sell-through and address excess or obsolete inventory with strategic reallocation.

Provide clear reporting and KPI tracking to inform decision-making across departments.

High-performing e-commerce metrics (conversion, retention, and AOV).

Streamlined operations with clear communication between creative, marketing, fulfillment, and logistics.

A growing, engaged audience that aligns with each artist’s brand.

What you have

4+ years of experience managing e-commerce stores on Shopify.

Deep knowledge of current e-commerce best practices and tools.

Highly proficient with Shopify and related plug-ins for optimization, analytics, and automation.

Capable of managing multiple stores and artist brands simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Experienced in leading small teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
