Export Logistics Coordinator Location:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export Logistics Coordinator to manage the transportation and export documentation process for our pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery from to final customer.
This position serves as the key liaison between warehouse, freight forwarders, and customers. While warehouse experience is not required, the role involves reviewing incoming shipment information and providing clear instructions to the warehouse on how to prepare, load, and ship materials.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic inbound and international export shipments
Review and process warehouse receipts of incoming orders
Monitor shipment timelines, freight costs, and delivery status
Resolve shipment‑related issues proactively and professionally
Prepare and manage all export documentation, including: Instructions to warehouse for packing and marking
Labels and shipping marks
Instructions to freight forwarders
Invoices, packing lists, letters to customers, certificates of Analysis, Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets
Notify customers via email of shipment details
Track shipments from departure to final delivery
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in logistics or export documentation
Administrative skills
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Knowledge of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and ISO requirements
Hazmat familiarity a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fully Bilingual – English/Spanish (written and verbal communication)
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Additional Information
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: $23 to $26 an hour depending on experience
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision (100% paid by employer for employee), 401 K and 401 K matching, PTO, Holidays
