Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of legal tech solutions and share knowledge with clients
Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track cases through to resolution
Required Qualifications 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a software company
Prior experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is preferred
Knowledge of the legal services industry is preferred
Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
