What We’re Offering

Base Salary: Earning potential up to $100,000 based on experience, skills, and geography.

Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years).

Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise and support Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity and reliability of treatment plans.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs, including parent education and problem solving.

Maintain professionalism in challenging situations, adapt to change, and pursue continuous growth.

Communicate proactively, take initiative, and collaborate to create a safe learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.

Active LBA certification in Texas issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Criminal background check, TB test, and pre‑employment physical exam (paid by the company).
