What You Will Do
Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on change management.
Ensure that CSMC is transforming to meet the customer demands of a complex manufacturing environment.
Establish and execute standards and expectations for work effort and performance; provide feedback on performance to those standards.
Implement Lean manufacturing measures to insure values streams and shop operations are balanced at all times and to identify areas of opportunity.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and other organizations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate to peers and management, the requirements that support processes to ensure smooth production flow.
Establish system architecture designs that take into account customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree combined with 5 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, materials management or related industrial environment or a Master's degree combined with 3 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, materials management or related industrial environment.
In absence of a degree, 9 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, materials management or related industrial environment.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Aerospace industry experience.
Experience utilizing SAP operating system.
Advanced knowledge of materials management strategies, Lean manufacturing system design and shop floor management.
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g. Lean manufacturing, CORE, QCPC).
CPIM certification or willingness to earn.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. If you are selected, you may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, and more.
The role is U.S.-based. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
