Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership. Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history. Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences. Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions. Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of work and maximize service department efficiency. Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns. Liaise with service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of customer issues. Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. What You’ll Need
Previous experience in automotive service advisory or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to service management. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. What We Offer
