Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
A leading manufacturer in the consumer goods and packaging sector is seeking a
Continuous Improvement / Lean Transformation Leader
to drive operational excellence across multiple sites. This role will partner with site leadership to lead Lean initiatives, improve performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Lean transformation initiatives and Kaizen events across manufacturing operations.
Align Lean activities with business objectives and develop site improvement roadmaps.
Coach and mentor leaders in Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Standard Work, Visual Management, SQDC, etc.).
Drive cultural change through engagement, training, and communication.
Measure and report progress on performance and cultural transformation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of manufacturing leadership; 2+ years leading Lean initiatives.
Proven success driving measurable results through Lean transformation.
Experience leading Kaizen events and coaching teams at all levels.
Formal Lean training from a recognized organization preferred.
Exposure to private equity or high-growth manufacturing environments a plus.
