Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman - Residential at Barsan Construction LLC, located in Minocqua, WI. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects, managing work crews, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining project schedules. The Foreman will coordinate with subcontractors, manage heavy equipment operations, and perform carpentry tasks as needed. Daily tasks include overseeing project progress, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring the quality of craftsmanship.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, including managing work crews and maintaining project schedules
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and subcontractors
Carpentry skills for hands‑on tasks and ensuring quality craftsmanship
Maintenance skills for equipment and tools
Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
5+ years in previous Supervisory role
Relevant certifications in construction or safety are a plus
