What you\'ll do Be a Team Member: Maintain knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to work in other areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage in a timely manner. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use digital tools; manage stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per policy. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member\'s experience and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy and commitment for the work. Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; follow Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek opportunities for improvement; adapt to change.
