Responsibilities

Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.

Supervise hourly associates, communicate department goals, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, and adhere to policies while advocating for members, associates, and the company.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of tire and battery service standards, safety and compliance protocols, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; train the team and ensure knowledge of new products and technologies.

Utilize digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and engage associates; act as an early adopter of new tools.

Manage operations with a focus on operational excellence, including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory accuracy, safety, and documentation.

Teach and mentor team members, identify potential in others, and foster career growth while sourcing new talent.

Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, collaborate with managers and partners, monitor progress, and address opportunities for improvement.

Model compliance with company policies and ethical standards, support an Open Door approach, and help correct issues when needed.

Demonstrate respect for individuals, teamwork, integrity, and a customer-first mindset while delivering results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry; must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience, Tire Industry experience; Tire Industry Certification (if listed).
