You will advance our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World by providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers. Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products with professional judgment, tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.

Maintain customer, confidential, and proprietary business information responsibly.

Use government websites and professional resources to provide correct answers in everyday language.

Interact via video communication, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.

Interact with customers and team members professionally, aligning with Intuit operating values.

Qualifications

Strong business tax preparation experience, 3+ years recent experience on federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season.

Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.

Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.

Minimum 20 hours per week, distributed over 3+ days.

Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.

Experience preparing business tax returns for service‑industry customers preferred.

Possession or ability to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).

Commitment to 20 hours per week in 4‑hour shift increments throughout tax season.

Knowledge of Circular 230.

Proficient with technology, computer operations, and software.

Strong customer service skills via video and audio tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Critical thinking, problem‑solving, research skills, and determination.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.

Other Information Salary will be determined by location and experience. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under Intuit compensation plans. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender are used to drive ongoing pay equity.
