Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team and head chef to deliver exceptional events that exceed guest expectations.
Plan event layouts, oversee venue setup, and ensure all event elements—tables, linens, centerpieces, and more—are perfectly arranged.
Coordinate staffing needs, preparing work schedules for banquet servers and event staff.
Oversee the smooth execution of meals and beverages, ensuring seamless service from seating to table clearing.
Manage liquor and soft drink availability when required and maintain compliance with service regulations.
Act as a leader and mentor, coaching and training team members to ensure operational excellence.
