Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to confirm Company compliance to requirements through inspections, record keeping, verifications and audits. Job Dimensions

Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities Inspecting production samples for non-conformities Monitor the quality of material produced in accordance with customer requirements Perform in-process quality checks or specific task as required Calibrate and maintain records for inspection equipment Update and maintain a system for sample retention Performs product testing and documentation. Initiates product holds or releases. Documents and prepares quality test results and reports Performs and is responsible for quality assurance job start-up testing, documentation verification of in-process testing and other quality assurance responsibilities Performs internal audits of processes, product and materials as required Supports Good Manufacturing Practices Performs quality project work as assigned Perform verification activities (including, but not limited to, audits) On shift support of Day Inspector roles in a limited capacity Other duties as assigned Tasks may be delegated and assigned based on criticality Qualifications/Requirements

Willing and able to work 12-hour, rotating shifts- Employees work 3 or 4 shifts in a row (6:30 to 6:30). Each set of shifts is either days or nights. In between sets of shifts employees get 1, 3, 4, or 7 days off in a row. Employees would know their schedule for the rest of the year unless they were to get pumped off shift for training purposes or business needs that would be determined by the company. Capable of bending, standing and climbing ladders Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications, job specs, and production orders Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and understanding of mechanical equipment Basic math, reading, computer, and measurement skills Mid-level communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal Compensation

Starting rate $20.50 6 months- $25.04 12 months- $27.82 All Co-workers
