Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end property accountability functions across NSWC PCD warehouses.
Interpret and apply DoDI 5000.64, DoDM 4140.01 Vol 9, and NAVSUP P-723 to ensure compliant lifecycle management of Government property.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to maintain 100 % traceability of all accountable items in Navy ERP and DPAS.
Conduct data analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, or process bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
Coordinate audit preparation and reconciliation efforts with the Government Property Administrator and COR.
Mentor and provide technical oversight to Supply Technicians, Material Coordinators, and Warehouse Specialists.
Prepare recurring reports, CDRL deliverables, and status updates per contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply‑Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7 + years of DoD or Navy logistics and property‑accountability experience.
Advanced knowledge of Navy ERP, DPAS, and Navy supply‑chain documentation procedures.
Strong familiarity with DoD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14‑R and NSWC inventory control standards.
Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or DAWIA Level II in Life Cycle Logistics.
Experience with NSWC Panama City or other Navy warfare centers.
