Legal Intake Specialist
A multi-practice law firm is seeking an intake specialist to join its growing team in our Palm Beach Gardens office. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, demonstrable customer service background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a detail-oriented and dynamic workplace. Compensation depends on experience.
Job Duties
Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
Answer and screen calls/emails from prospective clients.
Assist prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages.
Schedule appointments and assist clients with electronic signatures.
Create accurate and detailed intake summaries.
Input key client and intake data into the firm’s database.
Work with dedicated attorneys and management to ensure a best-in-class client experience.
Additional duties, as assigned.
Experience Ability to provide excellent client service by communicating clearly and professionally.
Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly team goals as they pertain to client service metrics.
Skills
Stable, verifiable employment history.
Demonstrable and verifiable sales ability.
Punctuality and attention to detail are a must.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with a high volume of calls.
Previous experience in a law office (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with phone call handling/routing.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Sales and customer service experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative or call center experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills/Team work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
