We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center team! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism. Schedule service appointments to keep operations running smoothly. Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and returning. Maintain high customer satisfaction by listening, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent service. Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure appointments are scheduled and customers are informed of changes. Keep the customer database accurate and up-to-date. Meet and strive to exceed monthly performance goals. Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license. Ability to work assigned shifts with punctuality and reliability. Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and digital. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Computer skills, including basic software usage. Bonus points if you have experience in the automotive industry; if not, training will be provided. Seniority level
