Entry Level Events Assistant

to join our team at

Bottomless Promotion . As an Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional and brand activation events.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing, setting up, and managing promotional events.

Represent client brands professionally at in‑person marketing and sales events.

Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer inquiries.

Support event coordinators with logistics, materials, and on‑site management.

Track attendance, feedback, and event outcomes for reporting purposes.

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
