Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans directly.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and maintain communication with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Need To Know
Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
All positions start off part-time.
Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
A 6-month commitment is preferred to support client progress.

After-school programs or camp counseling
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
