FourOneSeven is looking for an Events & Programming Coordinator who is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of 417 & Biz 417’s dynamic events and member programs. This role ensures seamless program delivery, including speaker and sponsor management, event logistics and audience or participant experience. Through organized execution, collaborative teamwork, and attention to detail, the Event & Programming Coordinator supports revenue growth and brand engagement across all platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
Support the Marketing Director and/or Event Lead as project coordinator for 417 and Biz 417 signature events. Own planning timelines and support logistics, execution, speaker communication, and marketing as needed or assigned.
Signature events include but are not limited to: Ladies Who Launch, Think Summit, Best Places to Work, Hot Flash Happy Hour and Biz 100 Celebration.
Serve as project manager for all other 417 and Biz 417 events and programs. With feedback from and under the direction of the Marketing Director and/or Leadership, take full ownership of planning, logistics, communications, and execution from concept to completion. Coordinate all speaker, sponsor, and member communications—including outreach, scheduling, onboarding, and on‑site support throughout the event lifecycle.
Events and programs include but are not limited to: The Legacy Network, Remarkable, Faces of 417‑Land and 417 Day.
Manage audience registration and ticketing via TicketSpice, ensuring accurate setup, smooth customer experience, and real‑time monitoring of sales performance and event capacity.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team to support strategic campaigns through tactical execution.
Track and maintain timelines, tasks and deliverables using project management tools like Monday.com; monitor deadlines and proactively address any bottlenecks.
Create and maintain internal documents for run‑of‑show, attendee rosters, setup instructions and speaker briefs.
Ensure all events and programs align with 417’s brand standards, deliver exceptional client and audience experience, and contribute to revenue objectives.
Track performance metrics including ticket sales, RSVP engagement and speaker or audience feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Coordinate contest, sweepstakes and promotions logistics and client success, ensuring clear timelines and fulfillment processes.
Additional duties as required.
SKILLS AND STRENGTHS
Relationship‑driven with strong communication skills, especially in managing logistics and expectations with external partners.
Experienced in coordinating event logistics and program details while maintaining alignment with broader marketing goals.
Revenue and results driven to understand the importance of tracking all efforts to results, metrics and ultimately, revenue.
Organized project manager with exceptional time management and planning abilities; detail oriented, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience with event registration and ticketing platforms—experience in TicketSpice a plus.
Proficient in sales reporting and analytics, CRM systems and standard computer programs—experience in Monday.com a plus.
Intrinsically motivated to work independently yet still be a team player.
Comfort with following direction and receiving feedback as required.
Critical thinking, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to thrive in event environments that require on‑the‑fly problem solving and a calm demeanor under pressure.
EVALUATIONS AND OUTCOMES
The position will be evaluated after 90 days with annual performance reviews.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience and education.
1–3 years work experience in the events and marketing field.
